Acadia Fitness offers a variety of programs to accommodate life’s demanding schedule. ¬†We have our own facility, which means you can be trained in a comfortable and non-judgmental setting, while getting personalized attention.

We have 3 programs depending on your targeted goals:

Cardio Plus Package: This is a cardio intensive program that targets fat burning and increased circulation throughout your entire body.

Event Training Package: This package prepares you for any event that you may have on the horizon. Specificity is used here to get your body ready for any event. Group runs and cycles will be available as part of this package to enhance your personal sessions and elevate your performance to the next level.

The Ultimate Weight Loss Package: This package includes two sessions/wk plus you are emailed daily meal plans and given a target calorie achievment. Your entire life will change because of this intensive exercise and diet package. We look forward to seeing the pounds melt off. (there is a $50/wk additional charge for daily meal plans)

Boot Camps: We are proud to announce the launch of our very first boot camp. This is a HIT (High Intensity Training) course that will whip you into beach shape in no time at all.

Dates: Starts May 1 and goes for six weeks
Please note there will be no boot camp on Memorial Day
Times: Mondays and Wednesdays 7:00pm
